EAM Dr S Jaishankar expresses sadness on tragedy at Mount Meron in Israel

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar has expressed sadness on the tragedy at Mount Meron in Israel during the celebrations of Lag Ba'omer.
Dr Jaishankar extended condolences and wished the injured a speedy recovery. At least 44 people were crushed to death and more than 150 people were injured in a stampede yesterday at a mass gathering to celebrate the Lag B’Omer holiday at Mount Meron.
