In Telangana, incessant rains for the past two days has thrown normal life out of gear at most of the places across the State. The rainwater has inundated low-lying areas, particularly in northern Telangana districts.
Several streams and rivulets are in the spate due to heavy rains for the past few days in the catchment areas. The river Godavari is in spate from Kaleshwaram site with heavy flood joining it from Pranahitha and from Indravathi further downstream.
As per the reports reaching in, several remote villages across the state were cut-off from other parts as the road connectivity was damaged in the heavy rains. Several residential areas in Bhainsa town of Nirmal district were inundated in the rainwater.
