Indian embassy in Ukraine issues third advisory, advises Indians to go to nearby bomb shelters

Indian Mission in Ukraine is in touch with establishments to put up those students who are stranded without a place of stay in Kyiv. Ukraine is under martial law which has made movement difficult. In its third advisory to all Indian nationals and students there, the Indian Embassy in Kyiv said that air sirens and bomb warnings are being heard in certain places.

In case people are faced with such a situation, the Embassy has advised them to take the help of Google maps which has a list of nearby bomb shelters. Many of these bomb shelters are located in underground metros. While the Mission is identifying possible solution to the situation, it has urged people to be aware of their surroundings and be safe.
