Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
(i ) a citizen of India, or
(ii) subject of Nepal, or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan, or
(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate
(a) Proficiency in local language of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting office in which the Candidates are applying for.
(b) Desirable: knowledge of word processing on PC.
